# After Starting Tasks

## Stuck on Getting TAS Data

Open and close the bot. If you keep getting this issue, use proxies.

## Error Loading Product Page

You either have a bad link (the item isn't on the website) or the task got a soft ban from the website. Stop the task and check that the link is accurate.

## ConnectionError

You have gotten a soft ban. Use proxies or wait a bit then restart tasks.
